St. Moritz White Turf Party
A Grand Circle evening on the first racing Sunday of White Turf, after the horses leave the frozen lake.
White Turf is the horse races held on frozen Lake St. Moritz, in their 120th year in 2027. Racing days are Sunday 7, 14 and 21 February, with Family Days on the Fridays before. Grand Circle's side event is the evening of the first racing Sunday, 7 February, from 19:00, once the lake programme has wound down and the town takes over.
The afternoon on the ice is White Turf's: flat races, trotting and skikjoring, run by Rennverein St. Moritz. General admission to the lake is a host-event matter (they sell grandstand and hospitality separately). Our ticket is the night that follows, in a room in St. Moritz dressed for alpine chic, not ski bibs.
February in the Engadin is cold, bright and early to dark. Come from the lake in a coat you can take into dinner. The exact venue is confirmed on the ticket.
Host week: White Turf St. Moritz, Racing Sundays 7, 14 and 21 February 2027. Grand Circle organises the night on this page, not the host event.
St. Moritz White Turf Party activities
After the first racing Sunday
White Turf's opening race day is Sunday 7 February. Our doors open from 19:00 that evening, for guests coming off the lake or arriving for the night.
Alpine chic, not the grandstand
A tailored room in St. Moritz: coats, introductions, a table. It is not a tent on the ice and it is not included in a White Turf hospitality badge.
The lake is theirs
Flat racing, trotting and skikjoring are White Turf's programme, organised by Rennverein St. Moritz. Lake entry and grandstand tickets are bought from them.
A night in the Engadin
The town after a racing Sunday is its own occasion. We arrange the evening. Hotels and transfers, if you want them handled, are a separate conversation.

St. Moritz White Turf Party rules
- 01
A ticket, in your name
Entry is by ticket only. Bring photo identification that matches the name on the booking. A reservation is not a guarantee of entry until the booking is confirmed.
- 02
Limited places
These nights are sized to stay considered. Remaining tickets are shown on each tier. We may decline or cancel a booking, in which case any payment taken is refunded, as set out in our terms.
- 03
Dress code is enforced
The room is built for a classy crowd. The venue may refuse anyone who arrives underdressed. The code for this night is on the page and is repeated on the ticket.
- 04
Eighteen and over
Guests must be 18 or older. We may ask for identification at the door.
- 05
Photography
Grand Circle may photograph the room for our own channels. Tell a host on the night if you would rather not appear, and we will keep you out of the frame.
- 06
This is Grand Circle's night
Your ticket is for our side event. It is not a grandstand seat, a fair pass, a festival badge or anyone else's hospitality. Host-event tickets, where they exist, are sold by the organiser named below.
- 07
Alpine chic
A wool coat, tailored layers, leather boots you can walk in on ice and then wear indoors. Ski suits, race bibs and après trainers stay at the hotel.
- 08
Cold, ice, early dark
St. Moritz in February is below freezing after sunset. Our night is indoors. Getting there from the lake is on foot or by car on packed snow. Plan the transfer; do not improvise in evening shoes.
A feeling worth remembering

St. Moritz White Turf Party: frequently asked questions
When is the St. Moritz White Turf Party?
Sunday 7 February 2027, from 19:00. That is the evening of White Turf's first racing Sunday. The host event also races on 14 and 21 February, with Family Days on 6, 13 and 20 February. Our ticket is 7 February only.
Where is it?
In St. Moritz, after the lake programme. The exact room is confirmed on the ticket. It is not a tent on frozen Lake St. Moritz and it is not a White Turf grandstand.
Who organises the party?
Grand Circle. White Turf itself is run by Rennverein St. Moritz. We host a side event on the first racing Sunday evening. This page is not their ticket office.
How many people will be there?
Our night is limited to the tickets on this page. White Turf has historically spoken of tens of thousands of visitors across its three Sundays; that figure is the lake, not our room, and we do not reuse it as a guest count.
Does this ticket include White Turf?
No. General entry, grandstand and hospitality for the races are sold by White Turf. Ours is the Sunday evening in town. Buy the lake separately if you want the horses.
What should I wear?
Alpine chic: a proper coat, something tailored underneath, boots that can take packed snow and then a dining room. Not skiwear. The door will not make an exception for anyone coming straight from the slopes in a bib.
How do tickets work?
Four USD tiers on this page, checkout on the next screen. The ticket is Grand Circle's evening. White Turf badges, hotels and transfers are not included.
