iPhone Duo giveaway: official rules

1. No purchase necessary
No purchase or payment of any kind is needed to enter or to win. Buying anything from Grand Circle, including event tickets, does not improve your chance of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. Sponsor
The giveaway is run by Grand Circle (grandcircles.com). Questions about it go to hello@grandcircles.com. It is a separate draw from any giveaway run by another site, with its own prize and its own list of entries.
3. Who can enter
Open worldwide to people aged 18 or over, where the law allows. You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, when you enter. Employees of Grand Circle and their immediate families cannot enter. Entries from places where this kind of giveaway is prohibited or restricted are not valid.
4. How to enter
Enter your first name, last name and email address in the giveaway form on grandcircles.com between 6 October 2026 and 31 December 2026, 23:59 UTC. One entry per person and per email address. Further entries from the same person, entries made with automated tools, and entries with false details are void.
Entering joins the Grand Circle community list, so we may occasionally email you about Grand Circle events and news. You can leave it at any time by replying to any of our emails or writing to hello@grandcircles.com, and leaving does not remove your entry from the draw.
5. The prize
One winner receives one new Apple iPhone Duo, in a model and configuration chosen by Grand Circle. If that product is not available when the prize is delivered, Grand Circle may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred. Any taxes, duties or import charges on the prize are the winner’s responsibility. The image on the entry form is for illustration only.
6. Choosing and contacting the winner
The winner is drawn at random from all valid entries after entries close, and announced on 1 January 2027. The odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received. We contact the winner by email at the address they entered with. If the winner does not reply within 14 days, is not eligible, or does not accept the prize, it may be awarded to another entrant drawn at random.
7. Your information
We use your name and email to run the giveaway, contact the winner and send the occasional update described above, as our privacy policy describes. We may publish the winner’s first name and country when announcing the result, and will ask the winner first.
8. General
- Grand Circle may cancel, suspend or change the giveaway if it cannot run as planned, for example because of fraud or a technical failure, and will post any change on this page.
- Apple and iPhone are trademarks of Apple Inc. Apple is not a sponsor of this giveaway and is not involved in it in any way.
